Adaptix TM is Bullard’s next-generation Type II safety helmet, designed and built in Cynthiana, Kentucky, by the company that invented the hard hat.

Bullard introduced the first commercially available hard hat in 1919, changing workplace safety forever. That legacy of invention continues today. Adaptix is built for modern job sites where workers face multiple hazards, shifting tasks, and long hours on the job. It delivers Type II protection against both top and lateral impacts while offering a removable flexible brim with multiple color combinations that allows the helmet to adapt across applications without requiring multiple helmets.

The helmet is engineered for real-world use with intuitive adjustment points, balanced weight distribution, and design choices that support comfort, cleanability, and long-term wear. Optional add-ons like MIPS, which helps manage rotational forces during angled impacts, and Twiceme technology, which allows critical wearer information to be accessed via smartphone, reinforce Bullard’s belief that safety equipment should work with the worker, not against them.

Bullard’s commitment to innovation spans more than a century and is recognized by induction into the National Inventors Hall of Fame. That same inventive mindset drives Adaptix. From concept through production, the helmet is developed and manufactured in Kentucky by teams who understand industrial safety firsthand.

King of Kentucky was established in 1881 as a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Brown-Forman acquired the brand in 1936 from Selected Kentucky Distillers and, by 1940, converted it to a blended whiskey until it was discontinued in 1968.

In 2018, Brown-Forman revived the lapsed label paying homage to the brand’s past. Today the King of Kentucky Brand provides whiskey connoisseurs with a rare look into Brown-Forman’s barrel archives through an on-going release of ultra-premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey single barrel expressions.

King of Kentucky is an annual, ongoing single barrel release, presented at barrel-strength and minimally-filtered. Each barrel is unique, and due to their rarity, there is no defined annual volume.

The package design reflects the aging process, featuring personal craftsmanship. Each hand-filled, bottled, wax-dipped, and numbered bottle will detail its origin on the front and back, all chosen by Master Distiller Emeritus Chris Morris.

Maker’s Mark® is the iconic handmade Kentucky bourbon driven by a vision for better flavor and a better world. In 1953, founders Margie and Bill Samuels, Sr. broke from tradition—burning the family’s 170-year-old recipe to create a bold, balanced bourbon made with soft red winter wheat for signature sweetness and creaminess. From the start, the Samuels went to remarkable lengths to craft uncompromisingly delicious bourbon—a perfectly unreasonable spirit that endures today. Every bottle is still made in Loretto, hand-dipped in red wax, every barrel rotated by hand and every decision guided by the brand’s higher purpose.

The Papas family has owned and operated Papas Candies in Covington, Kentucky for over 90 years. We’ve been producing Opera Creams in small batches using the same recipes invented by our great-grandfather in the 1930s. He created Opera Cream to sell to concertgoers at Cincinnati Music Hall during the show’s intermissions because its delectable taste could only be compared to the richest Italian Opera. Over the years, it’s become a staple of holiday traditions, with generations of families seeking out Papas branded Opera Creams. We like to think it reminds people of home because the unique taste of Opera Cream is mixed with years of tradition folded into every bite. Today, maintaining the distinctive flavor of Opera Cream is very important to us. We haven’t swapped any ingredients for cheaper alternatives and the process is still the same as it was 70 years ago when our grandfather started manufacturing candy.
